My Dear Brothers and Sisters,

        This is our last newsletter until September.  For those members who will be going out of town for the summer, have a safe and enjoyable summer.  For those who will be remaining in town, I am looking forward to seeing you at our summer functions. 

        One of those is our Summer Pot Luck on June 21^st.  I’m looking forward to seeing all of you there.  See the Newsletter for the details – it’s going to be a fun day!

        We also have a unique opportunity to meet members of our neighbor Region IV Lodges on June 28^th.  The Port Charlotte Lodge is hosting a BBQ.  I encourage all of you to attend that – details are in the Newsletter.

        We will re-institute our monthly Night Out for dinner.  The next one will be on July 26^th at Italian Delight.  Contact Mary Ann Medhorst at 493-6292 if you want to attend.  If anyone has a restaurant recommendation for the August 16^th dinner, let Mary Ann know.

        Please make note that our meeting location will change starting in September.  You will be advised of the new location in the September Newsletter.

        Last, but certainly not least, let’s all remember our fathers on Father’s Day.  I lost mine when I was only 17 but he was instrumental in making me the person I am today.
